• Formation of a model of employee competencies, selection of tools for their assessment and further development with the aim of increasing business efficiency, guided by the Company's strategic goals
• Strategy management talent development, implementation of a talent management strategy to ensure quality internal human resources
• Identification of talents, ensuring the effectiveness of the evaluation process and personnel development
• Formation of a team plan for the development of personnel competencies and selection of tools to increase the average the level of development of the team's competencies
• IPR analysis and recommendations for its improvement in the SAP system
• Management of personnel succession, development of programs for the rapid development of the talent pool
• Implementation of approaches to the application of the received knowledge and skills in the practical activities of employees?

• A confident user of Excel, Power Point, SAP Success Factors
