Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "Voices of Children" invites to cooperation "Administrator in the camp".

Charity Foundation"Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine.

Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become effective , a stable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

Main responsibilities:< /strong>

• Administer the smooth operation of the camp program throughout the shift;
• Administer the food process, including among those beneficiaries who have individual characteristics;
• Prepare all the inventory before carrying out activities;
• Write daily reports in the parent chat, inform parents about the progress of each day of the camp;
• li>Inform camp organizers about emergency situations, unforeseen circumstances, conflicts, etc.;
• Observe the rights and freedoms of the Customer's beneficiaries;
• Observe ethical standards of behavior with children, colleagues and hotel employees;

• Make suggestions for improving the camp program;
• Systematically exchange information on issues within his competence with the camp administration and pedagogical workers;
• Conduct an inventory of materials;< /li>
• Carry out the instructions and instructions of the camp coordinator and organizers.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in children's camps / other educational projects from 2 years;
• Higher education / unfinished higher education (pedagogical / psychological);
• Skills work in a team and find a common language with children;
• Responsibility, sense of humor, sociability, creative approach to working with children;
• Competent communication in Ukrainian;
• Absence of bad habits;
