Call center project manager with knowledge of the Spanish language in 1CallCenter

The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of Project manager call center of Latin America, who will be responsible for improving the efficiency of local teams.

Your tasks:

• control the execution of key KPIs;
• control the implementation of the region's business strategy;
• responsible for increasing the efficiency of the region's work
• support the entire work process of local teams; manage the organization of
• working time of employees;
• develop own ideas and interact with other departments in order to optimize business processes of the call center.

We expect from you:

• experience in a similar position;
• experience in call centers activity;
• experience working with the LATAM region;
• experience in the implementation and optimization of operational processes of call centers;
• knowledge of programs: CRM, VoIP
• experience in managing teams;
• high level of analytical skills;
• knowledge of the Spanish language B2+
