Call center operator at an online pet store (order approval) in Pethouse

Pethouse is the largest online pet store in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, we have been delivering animal happiness for pets all over Ukraine.

Due to expansion, our customer care department is looking for a colleague .

What to do:

• accept and process orders without "active sales" and "cold calls";
• advise customers about the company's products;
• provide assistance in choosing the best option for a pet;
• coordinate orders with the courier if necessary.

We expect from you:

• willingness to provide quality customer service service;
• excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
• ease in communication and friendliness;
• an active lifestyle and hard work, a desire to improve one's professional level;
• experience working with clients;
