Treeum is a product FinTech company. We develop platforms, simple and convenient services that allow Ukrainians to easily choose and order financial services.

We are actively looking for a teamCall center operator to work on the project Academy of the Ministry of Finance is an educational project of the website minfin.com.ua, which increases people's financial literacy and helps to understand investment instruments.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in telephone sales/consultations;
• Communicability (not afraid to communicate with a large number of people);
• Customer orientation;
• Competent command of the Ukrainian language and the ability to conduct business correspondence;
• Positive thinking;
• Attention to details;
• Effectively allocate working time

Responsibilities:

• Making outgoing and receiving incoming calls;
• Selling company products over the phone;
• Working with our customer database;
• Working with objections;
• Training of new employees (if needed)
