Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 5/2 (you choose the weekend yourself), 8 hours (between 08:00 and 22:00)
• Hybrid: office/remote.
• Registration according to the Labor Code of Ukraine from the first working day.

Requirements:

• Perfect command of the Ukrainian language: oral and written.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• High level of responsibility.
• Ability to process information from various sources.
• Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls, providing advice to clients.
• Making outgoing calls to the client to clarify the status of the order.
• Fulfillment of service standards.
• Registration and resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
• Work with programs and telephony.
