Strongly relevant for this role: Business Administration/International Business/ International Management and Leadership; Business Analytics; Computer Science/ Information Technology/Cybersecurity.

Moderately relevant for this role: International Marketing/Marketing and Management/Global Digital Marketing; Marketing and Communication. 

BA is required; an MBA or MA will be preferred.

В качестве C–Suite Executive Assistant Вы будете работать над реализацией бизнес–процессов и маркетинговых стратегий непосредственно с топ–менеджментом. В Ваш фреймворк обязанностей будет входить: 

• Реализация совместно с C–suite Executives бизнес– и digital маркетинговых стратегий в соответствии с дедлайнами. 
• Быстрый поиск, анализ, аналитика и структурирование информации, подготовка отчетов, summaries or briefs по ключевым бизнес и маркетинговым темам по запросу Executives.
• Рисерч и бизнес аутрич, post–outreach follow up, иногда — проведение переговоров с потенциальными партнерами & инфлюенсерами по поручению высшего менеджмента.
• Участие в еженедельных совещаниях с топ–менеджментом.
• Handling confidential & sensitive information with complete discretion.
• Escalating, managing & reporting critical issues with transparency.

Хард скиллз: 

• IT Product/Service Understanding: Понимание базовой архитектуры продуктов компании.
• Языки: английский/English — Intermediate (B1), Upper intermediate (B2) и выше — будет плюсом; русский/Russian — свободно or C2.
• Business Communication & Business Writing Skills. 
• Project Management: Умение управлять несколькими задачами одновременно, адаптируясь к меняющимся приоритетам.
• Project Management Software Proficiency: Jira. 
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Proficiency in G Suite and other relevant software applications will be a plus. 
• Tech–Savviness & Digital Fluency: быстрое изучение нового software, applications & digital tools и их эффективное использование в работе.
• AI–Savviness: умение эффективно работать с Chat GPT 4o & Gemini, и другими AI tools.

• basic Knowledge of the Fintech industry and blockchain (there will be a plus). Offers:
  • format of work: fully remote, fully,
  • graphics: 5/2 (plugged in & Powered Up: Mon. - Fri., Flex Start with 09.00 until 10.00 & Core Working Hours BetWeen 18.00 and 19 16.00).
  • friday off policy : 1 PT. per month will be a day off after 3 months of work. After 12 months of work - 2 pt. per month (1 & 3 or 2 & 4) - Dazh off.
  • Team: a diver, Global Team Pushing the Boundaries of it & Fintech Further. 

  Base Pay & Compensation:

  • Salary: 36900 - 50,000 UAH. 
  • Performance - Bastled Bonuses (Will Be Unlocked after the Trial Period).
  • 13th salary (after 12 months of work). Seminars in business, management, digital marketing, analytics and IT (Subject to Approval by Senior Excetives). Policy:
    • Paid annual vacation: 20 Business Days (available after 11 months of work: 10 days/2 weeks & 10 days/2 weeks). 02.01.2026.
    • festive Season Bonus: A SPECIAL HOLIDAY BONUS CAN BE Awarded During the Festive Season (December 24th, 2025 - January 2nd, 2026).
    • Birthday off X2 Days: Birthday & The Following Day are days off.
