C++ Developer (Simulator, Unreal Engine 4) in Everstar

We are currently looking for aC++ Developer (Simulator, Unreal Engine 4) for our client - one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for defense needs of Ukraine.

The company develops high-tech solutions for autonomous flying platforms. At the heart of the work is a companion computer (Linux, user space) that interacts with the flight controller and various sensors, including cameras. You will develop a flight simulator based on UnrealEngine4 and airsim.

Future duties:

• SITL system development and support based on airsim and UE4.
• Creation of behavior scenarios.
• Basic construction of maps (in the future, cooperation with the Level designer).
• Collaboration with the computer vision team and GNC (guidance, navigation, control).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Betaflight and ArduPilot.
• Expertise in simulation of physical systems.
• Python for utility scripts and rapid prototyping.
• Experience participating in Military Tech projects or working with defense enterprises.
• Ability to operate a copter-type UAV.
