The role involves working with large amounts of data, participating in strategic planning and developing legally and financially sound motivation schemes in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Mission: to build a systemic and competitive Compensation & Benefits model that will ensure the retention of the best industry experts and create a stable financial basis for the implementation of the company's strategic goals.
Your key tasks:
- Strategic management of rewards: formation and implementation of C&B policy within the general HR strategy of the company;
- Architecture of motivation systems: development and administration of a system of grades, KPI models, bonus and bonus programs;
- Market analytics: conducting salary surveys, analysis of the competitive environment and preparation of recommendations for management;
- Budgeting and control: analysis of the structure of staff costs (staff costs), evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in motivation and budget load forecasting;
- Cross-functional interaction: coordination of compensation decisions with the financial department and heads of business areas;
- Automation and data analytics: participation in projects on the automation of HR reporting, development of analytical dashboards;
- Development of the benefits system: initiation and implementation of new approaches in the field of social packages and talent retention programs.
Competencies and expectations from the candidate:
- Education: higher professional education (economics, finance, HR or management).
- Experience: from 2-3 years in the field of Compensation & Benefits in structured companies (experience in manufacturing enterprises will be an advantage).
- Expertise: deep understanding of grading methodologies, principles of building KPI systems and financial modeling.
- Technical skills: confident mastery of Excel/Google Sheets at the Pro level; knowledge of Power BI or HR analytics automation systems.
- Soft Skills: analytical mindset, impeccable accuracyin working with numbers, a high level of ethics and confidentiality.
