C&B Specialist in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a C&B Specialist who will take on a key role in building the reward architecture of our miltech company — from the development of grading systems to the implementation of effective KPI models and personnel budget management. This is an environment where the accuracy of calculations and the fairness of incentive programs directly affect the involvement of talents who create products of critical importance for the country.

The company is actively developing and scaling, so the Compensation & Benefits function is a strategic element of human capital management. You will be responsible for ensuring that our reward system is not only competitive in the market, but also transparent, predictable and financially sound.

The role involves working with large amounts of data, participating in strategic planning and developing legally and financially sound motivation schemes in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Mission: to build a systemic and competitive Compensation & Benefits model that will ensure the retention of the best industry experts and create a stable financial basis for the implementation of the company's strategic goals.

Your key tasks:

• Strategic management of rewards: formation and implementation of C&B policy within the general HR strategy of the company;
• Architecture of motivation systems: development and administration of a system of grades, KPI models, bonus and bonus programs;
• Market analytics: conducting salary surveys, analysis of the competitive environment and preparation of recommendations for management;
• Budgeting and control: analysis of the structure of staff costs (staff costs), evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in motivation and budget load forecasting;
• Cross-functional interaction: coordination of compensation decisions with the financial department and heads of business areas;
• Automation and data analytics: participation in projects on the automation of HR reporting, development of analytical dashboards;
• Development of the benefits system: initiation and implementation of new approaches in the field of social packages and talent retention programs.

Competencies and expectations from the candidate:

• Education: higher professional education (economics, finance, HR or management).
• Experience: from 2-3 years in the field of Compensation & Benefits in structured companies (experience in manufacturing enterprises will be an advantage).
• Expertise: deep understanding of grading methodologies, principles of building KPI systems and financial modeling.
• Technical skills: confident mastery of Excel/Google Sheets at the Pro level; knowledge of Power BI or HR analytics automation systems.
• Soft Skills: analytical mindset, impeccable accuracyin working with numbers, a high level of ethics and confidentiality.
