Friends, we are currently looking for a C&B Specialist

Your future functionality:

• support of the Group Reward Policy and compliance with NBU Resolution No. 189;
• participation in the support and implementation of the "Health Marathon" project;
• performance of other functions C&B, such as support of motivation and payment systems, development and implementation of intangible employee motivation.

 Our candidate has:

• higher education (preferably in the field of economics, management or HR);
• work experience in the field of C&B from 1 to 2 years;

• knowledge of MS Excel, proficiency level - average;

• knowledge of the English language - from below intermediate;

• such personal qualities: attentiveness, responsibility, adaptability, desire for professional development.
