C&B manager

We will solve the following tasks together with you:

• Formation and management of the personnel budget (in including FOP);
• Management of the process of updating positions and management of regulatory documents on labor remuneration (regulations, regulations, etc.);
• Participation in organizational transformation projects (including the restructuring of the HR function);
• Participation in the formation and improvement of the EVP;
• Participation in the development and reward systems improvements

You are our candidate if you have:

• From 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of KZPP;
• In-depth knowledge in the field of economics and labor regulation;
• In-depth knowledge of the MS Office package;
• Work experience and automation of ERP systems (SAP will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be an advantage
