Buyer of construction works and materials

Duties :

• Conducting tender procedures within the period established by the company (purchase building materials and works), signing the contract with the winner;
• Tracking and control of the delivery of materials and equipment, as well as the performance of works according to the signed tender;
• Timely preparation and submission of documents for the agreement in 1C;
• Timely preparation and submission of the tender according to the technical specifications;
• Communication between company departments and tender winners.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of construction , economics, management or in related fields;
• Experience in the field of procurement from 5 years, mainly in construction;
• Experience in working with suppliers and contractors in construction sector;
• Understanding the specifics of purchasing construction materials and works;
• Knowledge of the market and major manufacturers;
• A confident user of a PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ( SAP and 1C will be an advantage);
• Experience in conducting analysis of large volumes of data;
• Ability to achieve set goals;
• Organization, communication, productivity, punctuality.
