  Duties:

  • Conducting tender procedures within the deadline set by the company and signing a contract with the winner;
  • Tracking and control of the delivery of materials and equipment, as well as performance of works according to the signed tender;
  • Timely preparation and submission of documents for the agreement in 1C;
  • Timely preparation and submission of the tender according to the technical specifications;
  • Communication between the company departments and the tender winners.
  < p>Requirements:
  • Higher education in construction, economics, management or related fields;
  • Experience in procurement from 3 years, mainly in construction;
  • Experience of working with suppliers and contractors in the construction sector;
  • Understanding the specifics of procurement of construction materials and works;
  • Knowledge of the market and major manufacturers;
  • A confident user of PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), (SAP and 1C - will be an advantage);
  • Experience in conducting analysis of large
