WHAT TO DO?

• Research local and international markets for cost-effective production of products and their components, analyze the most effective proposals

• Communicate with contractors, agree terms, terms, sample production options

• Work with production partners in terms of placing orders, control of the availability of the appropriate material and technical base, control of compliance with order fulfillment deadlines, work with contracts

• Search, select, coordinate and control the execution of tasks by outsourced employees (designers, project curators, etc.) according to the schedule

• Timeline management: Creation and control of a strategic and tactical map of the annual cycle of development and production of collections, establishing control points for its compliance.

• Planning shipments according to the plan-schedule

• Search for new  contractors, suppliers, factories

• Prepare budgeting, pricingand other documentation to ensure the work of the department

• Close cooperation with other departments: marketing, digital, logistics, legal, visual merchandising and retail

• Working in the 1C accounting system for submitting payment approvals, invoices, creating a nomenclature, working on documentation in Vchasno and Edocs;

• Document circulation (creation of presentations, tables, trainings tenders, etc.)

• Work experience of at least 3 years in marketing, project management, management of corporate clients in a creative/marketing agency, online or offline retail, marketplace, food company

• Love for Fashion and Ukrainian brands

• Systematic and structured approach to work processes

• Ability to build and constantly improve workflow

• Flexibility and initiative in solving problems

• Work experience in MS Office, Excel, 1C, electronic document management systems (Edocs, Vchasno, etc.)

• Upper Intermediate English
