Import, distribution and sale of original products to participants of the optical market of Ukraine famous brands (frames and sunglasses Ray-Ban, Emporio Armani, Dolce&Gabbana, Versace, Polaroid, Guess, eyeglass lenses Nikon, Kodak, Hoya, Essilor, Lenti Pro, Seiko). Own production of optical lenses for various optician networks in Ukraine.

We are looking for a Trainer for the sales team

We are looking for a person

< li>who either knows about an optical product (both opticians and people who may just know a little more about glasses than others),
• who wants to develop as an expert in glasses, lenses and everything related this is related,
• who is ready to learn by herself and then transfer her knowledge to others.

We understand that our product (glasses) is unique, but it is interesting for sales, qualitative in origin, useful because it improves people's quality of life. We are ready to teach, adapt, share our experience, fall in love with glasses, because we are a team where everyone works for a single result.

Tasks for the position:

• training of sales staff of opticians (external customers of the company) on the product line with an emphasis on eyeglass lenses (features, manufacturing technology, unique characteristics, advantages for the consumer, history of brand creation, etc.)
• training sales staff of opticians, the technique of selling eyeglass lenses (based on product knowledge)
• creating educational materials in the form of presentations
• organizing and conducting educational events of various formats (online and offline) upon request and support of sales managers
• interaction with a doctor who trains the medical staff of opticians, with the aim of developing joint training events
• interaction with representatives of manufacturer companies (both in Ukraine and abroad) regarding obtaining information materials on the product line

Requirements for the candidate:

• experience working in optics or with optical products (will be an advantage)
• experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching an adult audience (will be an advantage)
• knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level (will be an advantage)
• desire to immerse yourself in the world of optical products (lenses, frames, glasses)
• readiness for business trips around Ukraine (if the training format is offline)< /li>
