Business trainer for working with veterans in Nova poshta

What needs to be done:

• development of methodological materials and programs for training the Company's personnel who interact with veterans or participants in hostilities;
• tracking changes in the company's regulatory documents and legislative documents of Ukraine and updating training materials in accordance with the approved changes;
• tracking changes in the psychological methods of working with veterans and participants in hostilities and timely input of information into training materials;
• organization of the process of forming groups and conducting trainings;
• reporting on the completion of training by the Company's employees;
• control of the implementation by the company's employees of the methods of interaction with veterans provided at the training;
• processing of requests for training and development of employees formed in the Service Desk system;
• collection and processing of feedback regarding the completion of training programs.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• readiness for regular business trips;
• work experience from 6 months in positions related to personnel training;
• knowledge and experience of cooperation with the Armed Forces (volunteer, veteran, combatant);
• mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , PowerPoint);
• knowledge and skills in the development of methodological and educational materials;
• knowledge of the peculiarities of interaction and training of veterans;
• ability to teach and convey information offline and online;
• skills for working with the audience;
• attention to details, communication skills.
