Business coach (contact center) in EVA – liniya magaziniv

We are looking for an energetic and positive person who loves to teach and develop others! If you can easily find a common language with different people, enjoy creating interesting and useful educational programs, this position is for you!

What you will do:< /b>

• Conduct exciting online and offline trainings, master classes, webinars;
• Evaluate the knowledge and skills of our employees and help them grow;
• Develop and constantly update training materials (instructions, presentations, cases, video guides, scripts, etc.); EVA!

What is important to us:

• Your experience: from 2 years on positions of a business trainer or training specialist;
• Ability to conduct trainings both online and offline;
• Ability to clearly assess the level of professional skills and develop development plans;
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva tools;
• Skills in creating educational materials in various formats (instructions, presentations, scripts, videos, tests);
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
• The ability to capture the attention of the audience and make learning interesting and understandable.
