Business trainer / Business partner for employee development in Montbast Sp. z o.o.

We are looking for a business coach who will help teams and leaders develop key competencies, implement changes and achieve measurable business results.

Main tasks:

• Develop and conduct business trainings (online and offline) for managers and teams

• Conduct facilitation sessions, strategic and team workshops

• Evaluation of training needs, adaptation of programs to customer requests

• Development of training materials, development programs, practical cases

• Working with topics: leadership, change management, communications, team interaction, partnership, efficiency

• Supporting the implementation of changes after training, evaluation results

Our expectations:

• Experience of working as a business coach / trainer, facilitator or consultant from 2 years

• Experience of working with an adult audience (managers, leaders, teams)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with group dynamics and resistance to changes Systemic thinking, result orientation
• Desirable: certifications in the field of training, coaching, facilitation
