Business systems support consultant (Customer Support) in PolarFoxSoft

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Advising corporate clients on working with the commodity trading and risk management software product;
• Diagnostics of appeals within the business processes of the system;
• Resolving appeals together with programmers and business analysts;
• Supporting appeals to all stages;
• Work with reporting in PC (Jira);
• Control of decision deadlines.

Requirements:

• Fluent command of English (the job involves constant oral and written communication with native speakers);
• Confident PC user;
• Good MS Excel and basic MS Sql (will be advantage)
• Communication;
• Attention to details;
• Basic knowledge of logistics and risk management (will be an advantage).

Working conditions:
Remote work, Mon-Fri from 10-00 to 19-00.
