How exactly can you influence the development of the company: • identification, collection, analysis, documentation of requirements for the implementation of the functional HRM system • provision and management of the backlog of tasks for the development team taking into account priorities • design solutions, ensuring the implementation and presentation of the developed functionality • cross-team interaction within the framework of the development of the functionality • documentation of the new functionality • conducting research and analysis of existing solutions • analyzing user feedback, collecting and prioritizing improvements based on them Challenges for three months: • implementation of processes in the HiBob system according to project roadmap• full understanding of company processes and BPU and HR teams• quality performance of tasks within deadlines• demonstrate a high level of communication skills in inter-team interactions.
