Business/System Analyst Middle in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and workload. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Business Analyst. We are looking for a Business Analyst in the Information team. Our team is engaged in the development of a notification system for users - we create effective push, Viber, SMS and email newsletters that help customers receive up-to-date information about parcels in the delivery process both in Ukraine and abroad.

We are currently looking for a business analyst who will help improve communication mechanisms, optimize processes and implement innovative solutions to improve the experience users.

We are looking to find a purposeful professional who knows how to work in multitasking mode, focused on quality and results.

About you

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (and a desire for development)
• Experience in system analysis
• Activity and sociability, desire to work in a team
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Google Workplace
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques (BPMN), class diagrams (UML), sequence diagrams, user-story, use-case
• Skills in writing technical specifications, specifications and instructions for users
• Integration and API: Postman, JSON, XML, BPM, REST API
• Data analysis: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Excel (Advanced)
• Knowledge of technologies and experience of information systems integration projects

Will be an advantage

• Experience in logistics
• Knowledge of technical aspects of software development
