If you have experience in business process analysis, a deep understanding of financial technologies and payment system integrations, join our team! Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customer and development teams. Deep understanding of the software development cycle (SDLC). Experience in gathering, analyzing and describing customer needs, in particular for API integrations. Experience in formalizing requirements, creating technical specifications and user stories (User Stories). Confident knowledge of business process modeling schemes (UML, BPMN ) and their application. Knowledge of data transfer standards and formats: JSON, XML, as well as understanding the basics of API authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT). Experience with relational databases and solid knowledge of SQL. Ability to work with ERP systems and develop diagrams for their integration. Responsibilities: Analysis of the customer's business requirements with a focus on the technical aspects of integration. Joint formation and coordination of requirements for integrations with the customer and the development team. Description of business processes and specifications, including a detailed technical description of data flows, methods and usage scenarios API. Creation of technical tasks (TOR), User Stories and their presentation to developers. Conducting a review of API specifications and documentation, updating requirements during development. Preparation of instructions and technical documentation for customers and users regarding new functionality. Will be a plus: Work experience with technical documentation for payment processors and integrations. Understanding of processes in payment solutions, such as integration of payment gateways, payment processing, electronic money systems.
