Business/ System Analyst in Telesens, TOV

Telesens is looking for a leading System Business Analyst in the IT department of one of the mastodons of Ukrainian telecommunications companies.

Qualification requirements for candidates:

• 3+ years of experience working in IT projects in the role Business or System Analytics.
• Higher education, preferably "Information technologies"/ "Computer science"/ "Applied mathematics".
• Professional knowledge of UML (Activity, Sequence, Use case, Component diagrams) notation, BPMN.
• Understanding construction principles and experience working with relational DB, knowledge of SQL Clauses / Operators.
• Professional knowledge of Enterprise architect, Jira, Confluence.
• Expertise in project management - management of requirements management (prioritization / approval / support) .
• Professional experience using the Waterfall methodology.
• Availability of practical experience of collection, analysis and formalization requirements of the customer or business users, as well as writing, agreeing and managing the life cycle of technical documentation.
• Understanding of solution architecture, experience with data exchange protocols (REST , SoapUI, Postman).
• Knowledge of standards for building IT services.

Will a plus:

• Knowledge of telecommunications networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc) and TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP infrastructure.
• Experience of working with systems such as Billing, DWH, etc.

Main functional duties:

• Study and analysis of the architecture and interaction of existing IT telecom systems and TD.
• Analysis of the customer’s needs, possible limitations and proposals for the target architecture of solutions.
• Coordination of solution options with interested parties
• Performing an expert assessment of the project documentation developed by the customer ( briefs, concepts, etc.).
• Coordinating business requirements with the customer and other interested parties.
• Designing technical solutions and managing the life cycle of requirements for solutions.
• Modeling of business processes within the project, development of a solution model.
• Compilation and coordination of plans, integration and client testing protocols, responsibility for the organization of testing.
• li>Preparation of technical documentation and instructions for maintenance and operation of implemented platforms.
• Preparation of orders, meetings, tasks for the performance of work on technological and IT platforms, according to company procedures.
