- Handling Sales & Marketing Requests (IRFs) related to interactions, events, and activities involving Healthcare Professionals, while maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Overseeing the Purchase Order (PO) management process, including coordinating invoices and payments.
- Collaborating with other Business Support Partners for internal meetings and events.
- Assisting with budget tracking and expenditure monitoring when needed.
- Providing general administrative support to EMEA Business Support Partners, including maintaining business-related files and databases, managing supplies, overseeing shipping and storage, etc.
- Maintaining and updating internal knowledge databases.
- Managing various tasks to ensure adherence to agreed lead times and KPIs.
- Ensuring that process flows are adhered to, making sure that teams working together meet deadlines and follow agreed procedures.
- Upholding compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with quality requirements and regulatory commitments.
- Offering support, guidance, and training within the team, while collaborating with other Business Support team members when necessary.
- Creating internal documents and developing administrative procedures as required.

- Min. 1 year of experience in a similar role within SSC/BPO industry or an administrative department is preferred.
- Experience in event planning and organization is advantageous.
- Proficiency in professional email and verbal communication with Clients.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills; attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- A process-oriented mindset, with an eye for process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
