BAYER > in Ukraine opens a vacancy for Business Support Specialist of the Northern region of the sales department / Business Support Specialist. The position is temporary (for 1 year). Location - Poltava.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-quality and timely operational business support of the sales department through data consolidation and analysis of sales, organization of marketing activities and projects, management of administrative documentation of the department, etc.
- Collection, consolidation and analysis of sales information, maintenance of sales department databases.
- Ensuring timely preparation of reports, analysis of market data.
- Timely collection of information on product balances in distributors' warehouses.
- Coordination of collection of marketing data of the department and their input in CRM.
- CRM administration, providing operational support to the sales department on technical and functional issues of CRM work.
- Organization and administration of marketing events and projects (Agro Arena, Field Days, conferences, trainings for customers, etc.) at the level of regions.
- Budgeting, distribution and accounting of marketing materials and demo samples.
- Providing support in the organization of business trips (hotel reservations, transfer organization) and office administration .
- Administration of the document flow of the Northern region of the sales department.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Higher education in marketing, administration, etc.
- From 2 years of work experience in the field of event organization, administration, analytics.
- Customer-oriented, result-oriented, communicative, dexterity.
< li>Developed organizational skills and ability to manage relationships with clients.
