Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is looking for skilled professionals to join our team as a Business Solution Analyst. In this role, you will assist our lead Business Systems Analyst by helping prepare user stories and engaging in discussions with the development team. Areas of Responsibility

• Assess business needs through business process analysis
• Analyze system and business requirements for clients
• Facilitate business process discussions, solution design, documentation, configuration, testing, and end-user support

Qualifications

• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria for multiple business processes in Agile development methodology
• Practical knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile software development principles
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and mentor/direct others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal development teams and external clients
