To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for Business Software Analyst to our team.  

In this role you will:

• Analyze the needs of the inner customer;
• Analyze and model BPMN Processes of the Inner Customer Department;
• Form BRD Documents (Functional Requirements) in Confluence;

• MAPPING FIELD preparation for integration;
• Describe and form tasks at Jira Software. 

We expect from you:

• A similar experience from 2 years.
• Programs knowledge: Microsoft Office Products; Miro/Lucidchart/Balsamiq; Jira software; Confluence.
• English - Upper Intermediate and above.
• High communication skills and skills to work in a team; tendency to self -development and ability to organize yourself; result orientation; ability to quickly adapt to change and change your approaches to work; care for details, ability to identify the problem and need; Critical thinking.
