Main responsibilities: Product development "Mobile application", area of ​​responsibility - parcel management in the mobile application; Management of the product roadmap and backlog; Development of the product concept, protection and verification, participation in the process of defining requirements, design of solutions, writing user story, development and testing; Project work on product implementation, management of stages from product idea to release; Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from various sources, the ability to defend the interests of the client before the impact on business, effectiveness and support of the product; Market research and user needs to identify new opportunities for product improvement, analysis of product effectiveness and determination of needs for making changes; Cross-functional interaction with teams of designers, business analysts, technologists and IT teams to coordinate functionality and determine priorities, to ensure timely and high-quality releases; Client testing, support for conducting testing the functionality and UI elements of the mobile application; Product satisfaction assessment (CSI) by building a Customer Journey Map (Service Design methodology); Participation in the preparation and implementation of internal materials (instructions, rules, etc.) and training materials (incl. participation in the formation of commercial proposals). Requirements for the candidate: work experience in the position of product manager/product owner/brand manager and direct experience in the field of mobile application development - mandatory; knowledge of the main players in the logistics services market, experience in the field of services (telecommunications, online retail, IT); Project work skills (launch of new products); IT skills (description of business requirements for changes, SCRUM work, knowledge of JIRA, testing of information systems and client processes); Ability to analyze product performance and identify needs regarding changes; Marketing competences (business orientation, mastery of communication tools with clients: Service design, NPS, CSI, focus groups, conducting business interviews, webinars); English language — at a level that will allow negotiations with business clients and partners; Availability of a portfolio of launched products/projects.
