Right now we are looking for a Product Business Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Market and consumer analysis
• Development of strategy and tactics for product promotion on the market
• Product life cycle management
• Search for growth points and their development
• Participation in the planning of marketing events
• Project management in the field of product development
• Product performance forecasting
• Monitoring of the actual performance of products

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Full higher education
• Work experience: from 2 years in the food industry management, preferably in growth direction, performance marketing or analytics
• Deep understanding of growth metrics: CAC, LTV, Retention, Churn, DAU/WAU/MAU, Activation Rate, Referral Rate, Revenue per User
• Knowledge of offline and online specifics: work with traffic in physical and digital channels, integration of CRM data, behavioral analysis users
• Personal qualities: focus on results, sociability, creative thinking, persistence, endurance, ability to navigate difficult
