The Varus national supermarket chain invites the cooperation of the BP optimization project manager (retail). Position tasks: Development and implementation of retail network projects in order to increase the efficiency of the format. What to do: Analysis of the performance of the target indicators of the format stores; Analysis, optimization and implementation of business processes in networks; Development\approval of proposals for measures aimed at increasing the profitability of format stores; Control\analysis of the implementation of innovative measures in the network (format); Analysis of competitors and best retail practices and their implementation in the network.
