Agropartner has been working in a segment of agriculture since 2001 and is one of the largest enterprises in Ukraine for the sale of mineral fertilizers and cereals. about current business processes through interviews, observation and analysis of processes in the form of schemes, diagrams (for example, using BPMN) and text regulations; (for example, 5S, Kaizen, Just-Time) to eliminate efficiency and develop proposals for improving processes and reconciling them with management and teams; planning, terms control, distribution of tasks; Training employees with new standards of work and Lean principles; Monitoring of implemented changes and their impact on key performance (KPI).
4. Support of standards: (development and updating of internal documentation (instructions, regulations, process standards); process audits in order to evaluate their compliance with established standards; collect feedback from employees and clients for further improvement).
5. Working with data: (Collection and analysis of process performance (execution, costs, errors); preparation of reports and presentations for management with analysis and recommendations). Education and Experience: (Higher Education (mainly in management, economy, engineering or IT); work experience from 1-3 years in the field of process analysis, project management or Lean-practitioner (depends on position). Visio, ARIS, BIZAGI or Analogs); Communicate and ability to work in a team; Graph: full-time (5/2, 8-hour working day).
