Business process optimization manager in Smart Solutions

We are looking for an energetic and creativeBusiness Process Optimization Manager who wants to join our team in the city of Kyiv.

What will need to be done:

• Description, analysis and modeling of business processes companies in BPMN 2.0 notation;
• Development of the target vision of business processes ("TO BE") and their improvement;
• Reengineering of business processes with the aim of reducing costs and increasing efficiency;< /li>
• Assessment of the effect of changes, identification of duplicative and inefficient operations; processes;
• Determination of factors affecting the effectiveness of processes, conducting interviews with process participants;
• Identifying opportunities for improving processes, developing hypotheses and proposals for their optimization;
• Coordination of cross-functional teams when implementing process reengineering;
• Implementation of business process management methodologies and use of best practices in this area.

We are looking for an expert with experience in:

• Experience in a similar position - 2 years;
• English language - B2;
• Experience in business process modeling and optimization, knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation;
• Analytical thinking and attention to details;
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build effective communications;
• Skills for working with programs - Miro, Visio, Camunda .
