We are looking for: specialist from business process modeling

Higher education (preferably in the field of management, business analytics, information systems or related specialties).

Professional skills:

• Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies (BPMN, EPC, IDEF0, etc.).

• Practical experience with process modeling tools (eg ARIS, Bizagi, Visio).

• Knowledge of principles of business process management systems (BPM).

• Skills of process analysis and optimization, development of regulations and standards.

• Understanding the basics of project management (knowledge of PMBOK, Agile or similar would be a plus).

Personal qualities:

• High level of communication skills: ability to work with various stakeholders, including management.

• Organization , attention to detail.

• Stress resistance, ability to work in conditions of change.

• Readiness for independent work and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and documentation of current business processes.

• Modeling and optimization of processes in accordance with strategic goals.

• Interaction with process owners to gather requirements and negotiate changes.

• Development of regulations, policies and procedures for approval.

• Supporting the implementation of new processes and monitoring their effectiveness.

• Reporting on the performance of tasks to management.
