Our client, a Ukrainian group of companies operating in Ukraine and EU countries, invites an experienced Middle Business Process Manager to join the team.

The main tasks of this role:

• Participation in the business processes digitalization of the group of companie and affiliated business units.
• Support of the implemented digitized business processes.
• Preparation of the user guides, process descriptions and requirements specification.

What experience we are looking for:

• A bachelor’s or master degree in business management, IT.
• Business analysis skills.
• Rich experience BPMN & UML diagrams.
• User’s support in the information systems.
• Ukrainian or Russian native speaker. English A2 and above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira administration and automation.
• Experience with SQL and BI systems.
• Project management experience.
