Specialist in the description of business processes in Prave Dilo

Main duties:

• Analysis of customer requirements for improving or creating business processes, conducting interviews with employees of production and non-production departments (at all levels of management);
• Development of regulations for business processes, collection of information, coordination of regulations with process participants;
• Providing advice to employees on issues of regulation, existing regulations and business processes;
• Introduction of proposals with optimization of processes and initiation of their automation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in modeling and describing business processes in various directions;
• Experience in developing technical tasks for automating business processes;
• Practical experience at manufacturing enterprises;
• Proficiency in MS Visio or others;
• Skills in describing business processes "as is" and process reengineering to the "as will" state;
• Understanding the principles of creating RACI matrices;
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement;
• li>Analytical thinking, system approach, sociability, result orientation, self-control, attention to details, adaptability and persuasive skills.
