Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of existing business processes of the Bank and proposals for their optimization
• Participation in the selection and implementation of RPA software and technical solutions
• Management of projects for automation of the Bank's business processes using RPA
• Monitoring and control of RPA work in relation to automated business processes
• Filling of the back log and management of the direction of automation of the Bank's business processes
• Constant interaction with the specialized divisions of the Bank regarding the analysis and automation of business processes

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education
• Intermediate English, spoken and written
• Experience in business process automation using RPA — from 2 years
• Personal qualities — critical thinking and analytical abilities, the ability to structure information, initiative, developed communication skills, the ability to work in a team, willingness to constantly develop
