WE INVITE A BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION ANALYST TO OUR TEAM

OUR CANDIDATE HAS:

• experience of working in a bank in the field of development, optimization and reengineering of business processes;
• experience in adapting the processes of providing banking services to remote service channels;
• knowledge of modeling languages ​​UML, BPMN and diagramming services;
• skills to analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for software;
• understanding of interaction processes between the bank and the processing center and other systems;
• understanding of the processes of providing banking services (lending, attraction of deposits, account opening, card operations);
• proficiency in English sufficient to read documentation;
• communication;
• desire to learn and develop;

THIS WILL BE A PLUS:

• experience working with Is-Card PC, ABS B2

FUTURE DUTIES:

• Determining business requirements and key business needs;
• modeling business processes;
• writing technical tasks;
• conducting user testing of software products for compliance with technical requirements;
• documentation management and preparation for approval of business requirements.
