What we offer for this role:• you will have a direct influence on the construction of processes companies• speed of decision-making and access to all the necessary resources• the opportunity to see the results of your work not "on paper", but on real results• you will develop a product that you use yourself, see the results of your work and which competes on an equal footing with well-known global brands• transparent growth system in the company, regular performance & salary review • company culture in which everyone is valuable, freely expresses their ideas and has an influence on processes How exactly you can influence the development of the company: • description of current business processes (AS IS) and modeling of processes (TO BE)• optimization and automation of running business processes (work with owners and key participants of business processes, collection of requirements)• construction of business metrics and analysis of the main indicators of the functioning of business processes• management of changes in business processes• work with documentation of existing business processes (description in the Handbook, User Guide, change management in the documentation) Challenges for 3 months: • complete understanding of the work of the BPU direction in terms of all key cross-functional processes • updating the main running processes (modeling, documentation description) • optimization of 1-2 processes agreed with the manager• understanding of the functionality of Atlassian Products in a technical direction. To achieve results, you will need:• 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar position• experience in implementing and automating new business processes and improving existing ones• understanding of the organization, functions, roles and responsibilities in IT companies• knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, UML)• understanding of the principles of functioning of corporate IT systems• excellent communication, communication and presentation skills• high level of personal efficiency, initiative and proactivity• knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate and higher• knowledge of Atlassi productsan (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence) will be an advantage.
