• Higher education (consider a graduate or correspondence student of the last courses)
• Obov' linguistic experience in creating documentation that regulates the activities of employees, departments, etc.
• Understanding the basics and principles of process management, knowledge of the BPMN 2.0 methodology, UML, skills in modeling block diagrams of business processes (at least in MS Visio), regulation of business processes, etc.
