• Identifying opportunities? optimization?, determination of effective models? for optimization? workflows.
• Development and implementation of new business processes to improve productivity and ensure quality (TO BE).
• Interaction with internal departments? company structure? to ensure interaction? and optimization?.
• Active participation in projects to improve business processes, including the introduction of new systems and technologies?.
