- Modeling Business Processes: Creating BPMN visual models to represent current and new processes, which helps to better establish their structure and interaction;
- Documentation of processes: preparation of detailed descriptions of business processes, including their goals, entrances, exits, participants, tools and technologies used for their implementation;
- Process route optimization: development of proposals for improving the efficiency and quality of processes, as well as introducing new methods and technologies for improving productivity;
- Development of solutions to build automation routes of tasks in the 1s.
We expect:
- Experience in the role of business analytics, specialist in optimization of business processes or related positions;
- experience of building, optimization and implementation of business processes;
- experience of interviewing business users and collecting requirements;
- Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies;
- Ability to use modeling tools (QPR, Visio, Bizagi Modler, Aris, Camunda or similar);
- A deep understanding of approaches to business process management (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma);
- Understanding the principles of process automation and ability to cooperate with IT professionals (without deep technical knowledge).
