Responsibilities:

- reengineering of internal work processes
- implementation of analytical tools to monitor operational activities and tracking the effectiveness of implemented changes
- analysis of existing work processes and formation of requirements for future changes
- formation and presentation of proposals for optimization and improvement of processes
- preparation of reports on implemented changes

Requirements:

- work experience as a business analyst
- high analytical abilities and data analysis skills
- skills modeling and optimization of business processes "as is" — "to be"
- work in an office, in Kyiv
- higher education

Will be a plus:

- skills of working with Jira
- experience creation and presentation of analytical reports
