What awaits you:

• Analysis and optimization: You will analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to eliminate them br/>• Regulatory documentation: Development of regulations, instructions and diagrams of business processes that clearly and clearly describe our standards
• Training and support: Train employees in new business processes and provide support at the stage of implementing changes
•Performance analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of newly introduced processes and make their adjustments to achieve maximum results
• Teamwork: Cooperation with different divisions of the company to collect the necessary data and agree on changes

Our requirements for you:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of economics, business analysis, IT or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or in related fields areas (data analysis, project management, consulting)
• Practical experience with business process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio)
• Knowledge of business process optimization methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ability to collect, analyze and systematize data
• Skills to create clear documentation (regulations, instructions, procedures)
• Knowledge of modern tools automation of business processes
• Basic knowledge of the IT structure of the company (ERP, CRM) will be an advantage
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions
