Business process analyst in MAUDAU

We are looking for a business process analyst focused on process excellence and effectiveness. The analyst will work on projects of data analysis, development of solutions and providing recommendations to increase the productivity of the organization by improving the tactics of processes or infrastructure. He/she collects data and conducts research to identify company problems by analyzing data, developing possible solutions, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
The Business Process Analyst will help identify inefficient processes, improve processes, and achieve business goals by identifying technical issues and developing solutions that will contribute to the achievement of business goals. He/she will assist in the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives, and will develop a plan to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business processes in the existing business. He/she will work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Responsibilities:

• Help in improving business processes, modernizing processes and designing processes to achieve business goals.
• Identifying technical issues and developing solutions to support business goals
• Track and control the discovery, recording, assignment, escalation and resolution of issues
• Development of a plan for the integration of new processes with existing business processes
• Collaboration with internal  guests to understand business requirements and needs
• Determining the opportunity to optimize business processes
• Development of business modeling standards and recommendations
• Participation in reviewing and updating business processes to meet changing business needs
• Creating, updating, reviewing and approving documentation for new and existing business processes
• Management and mentoring of cross-functional teams for successful execution of business projects
• Providing recommendations for business reengineering activities to improve productivity
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate and optimize business processes
• Business continuity support and disaster recovery planning after a crisis
• Maintaining the relevance of business process documentation (tracking changes, updating documentation, etc.)

Basic requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated leadership skills
• Higher education in engineering, business or computer science
• Analytical mindset (ability to draw correct conclusions, avoid cognitive distortions, build cause-and-effect relationships)
• Structural and critical thinking (ability to structure information and build frames)
• Ability to use data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting, the concept of management reporting and finance. modeling
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and transport logistics, e-com
• Experience in project management with knowledge of methodology
• Lean Six Sigma black belt will be a plus
• Work with e-comm projects will be a plus
