We invite you to theBusiness Process Analytics team.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a detailed analysis of business processes and formulating requirements for IT systems
• Creating technical tasks and accompanying documentation for developers
• Management of changes in requirements throughout the entire project life cycle
• Active interaction with the development team
• Presentation of technical solutions to customers
• Testing of developed software and introduction of new solutions
• Training users to work with new systems

Requirements:

• Experience as a business analyst from 3 years
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), modeling methods (BPMN, UML) and testing
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Sure knowledge of SQL and experience with tracking systems (Jira)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in the financial sector or with the analysis of legislative documents
• Interface prototyping skills (Lucidchart, Figma, Balsamiq)
• Experience with various tools for project management
