We in search Operational Process Analytics

Working in the Tribe team (a group of cross-functional product teams consisting of specialists of various profiles (analysts, developers, experts, etc.) united by a common purpose)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Description of processes in simple and understandable language (process stages, participants, risks, controls, etc.);
• Analysis of changes in legislation, the market and implementation of changes in bank processes
• Analysis of the effectiveness of execution processes (measurement of process indicators - length of the process, time spent by the process participants, % of errors and defects, level of customer satisfaction, etc.); 
• Implementation of actions to simplify processes;
• Development of business requirements and technical tasks for refinements of processes in IT systems of the bank, testing of IT refinements;
• Provision of consulting support by employees process bank

BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher education - economic, financial, management
• Work experience of 2 years or more in the direction of developing documents / building business processes
• Analytical abilities, the ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information
