We are expanding the team and in search Process analyst.

Key tasks:

  • Collection of information (including analysis of existing information), description and modeling of business processes
  • Analysis of business processes, provision of recommendations for their improvement and optimization.
  • Creation of a target model of business processes - 'to be' based on the results of analysis and business expertise
  • Coordination of business process improvement and optimization strategy with internal stakeholders.
  • Development of business process performance indicators. Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of business processes from the point of view of productivity, time consumption and operational costs
  • Constant monitoring of changes in the market and within the company and initiation of work on updating processes
  • Analysis of organizational structures. Providing recommendations on building and changing an effective organizational structure in accordance with the Company's goals and strategy

  • Creating regulatory documentation

What is needed to successfully complete tasks:

  • Higher education. Management and administration, Specific categories (project management, business administration)
  • Similar work experience from 1 year.
  • Professional knowledge in the field of business process management: diagnostics, modeling, benchmarking, optimization, automation.
  • Professional knowledge in the field of modeling and design of business processes: the ability to build models taking into account the chosen notation (professional knowledge of BPMN 2.0, VAD, FlowChart notations) and the ability to use tools for this, the skills of "as is" process modeling with further "to be" design.
  • Documentation of business processes: the ability to create regulatory documents of various levels, taking into account legislative requirements, requirements of standards and internal regulatory documents, recommendations of regulatory authoritiesc.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of business processes: the ability to define and use indicators, methods and tools for measuring the effectiveness of business processes for their further evaluation
  • Risk management: the ability to identify events that can lead negative impact on the business process and the company as a whole (risks), analyze and evaluate them with the further establishment of appropriate controls, ensure coverage of control points design.
  • Communication skills and facilitation skills: skills in working in cross-functional teams , the ability to manage meetings and demonstrate results, the ability to effectively build communication
