Expectations from the candidate:
In-depth knowledge of Jira configuration
Understanding the construction of BPM diagrams
Understanding the operation of client-server applications, web technologies and API construction (understanding of HTTP protocol)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, SQL

Your area of ​​responsibility will be:

• Analysis of business processes: Study of existing business processes of the company in order to determine their efficiency, identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Process Documentation: Create detailed documents and diagrams describing business processes, including all steps, roles, tools and systems used.
• Identification of requirements: Collection and analysis of requirements from interested parties to improve or change business processes.
• Development of recommendations: Development and provision of recommendations for optimization or reengineering of business processes, taking into account modern technologies and best practices.
• Initiating the implementation of changes: Participation in the implementation of changes in business processes, development of the technical task and ensuring their compliance with the company's requirements and strategy.
• Evaluation of performance: Measuring the effectiveness of new or changed processes using KPIs (key performance indicators) and other analysis methods.
• Cooperation with other departments: Cooperation with all departments of the company to ensure an integrated approach to process management.
