We are looking for a Business partner who will be responsible for building a team of strategic relations with the client, developing a portfolio of projects and supporting to achieve a long-term result.
What you will do:
1. Client relationship management and project development:
- management of client expectations and the quality of cooperation;
- building long-term relationships with the client's owner or top management;
- participating in strategic discussions regarding the development of the client's business - looking for opportunities to expand cooperation (upsale);
- consultative customer support.
2. Project portfolio management:
- participation in the launch of new projects;
- preparation of project concepts and commercial proposals;
- presentation of solutions to the client;
- conducting business checks for potential clients;
- development of own portfolio of clients - involvement of additional experts or partners as needed.
3. Ensuring the quality of project implementation:
- boarding the team into the project;
- maintenance of performance quality standards;
- regular collection of feedback from the client;
- analysis of results and preparation of cases based on project results;
- search for opportunities to optimize processes and approaches at work.
4. Team development:
- regular 1-1 meetings with financial directors;
- support of interaction with financial managers;
- participation in the selection of new team members;
- development of the team's professional expertise (masterminds, training formats).
What is important for this role:
Hard skills:
- Financial Director position from 5 years.
- Financial/economic education.
- Experience and skills in financial analysis and reporting.
- Financial planning and forecasting skills.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Knowledge of tax legislation (VAT and income tax).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level)).
- Programs and systems: 1C, BAS.
- Understanding financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Project management: setting priorities, setting tasks, distributing resources and tasks among performers taking into account their competence.
- English language - B2 and above.
Soft skills:
- Experience working with business owners or top management.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Experience in client portfolio development or consulting projects.
- Strategic thinking and business orientation.
- Ability to work with a team and develop people.
- Proactivity in finding new opportunities for customer development.

- Remote format and semi-flexible schedule (we expect the employee to be available for calls and meetings from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Kyiv time).
- Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are self-contained in the event of a power outage.
