We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join the Operations team in Genesis Head Office, which will help improve business processes, implement technological solutions and support effective interaction between teams and ecosystem businesses.
Key areas the work of the Operations team:
1. Operational efficiency and analytics - optimization of business processes, data analysis, preparation of reports for top management.
2. Coordination of cross-functional projects - interaction with teams to implement strategic initiatives and technological solutions.
3. Research of the market and competitive environment - analysis of markets and trends to identify new opportunities for the company and strengthen competitive advantages.
4. Support and development of internal platforms - improving the infrastructure of internal services for business units.
As a part of a team, the candidate will be able to develop analytical and strategic skills by working on real business problems, gain experience in launching cross-functional initiatives and interacting with top management, and also learn new technological tools for optimizing business processes and building effective businesses.
Your tasks will be:
- Monitoring the effectiveness and relevance of processes for different divisions of the company.
- Preparation reporting documents and presentations to top management to evaluate results.
- Building analytics and data analysis processes to improve adoptionsolutions.
- Coordinating cross-functional interaction between teams from different initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Analyzing markets, niches, companies and external projects to identify opportunities for development.
- Searching and implementing new technology initiatives to create competitive advantages for teams.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in analyst, consultant or operations specialist positions (BIG4, consulting, IB, VC, etc.)
- in conducting research, visualizing data and creating presentations for top management.
- Proficient in: Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Looker Studio and other BI solutions.
- Analytical skills, ability to collect and interpret data, understand interdependencies.
- Ability to build processes, organize and control team work to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to convey complex ideas orally and in writing (Ukrainian/English).
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate cross-functional interaction.
- Intrinsic desire to quickly learn and grow professionally, the ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
